Residential Proposal Report
The City of Rimbayu is rapidly growing not only in terms of population size but also in terms of economic activities. This growth requires the development of housing infrastructures to accommodate the people with low and medium income. Proposed to build residential building that will accommodate an average of 5-6 people as this area is developed with modern building for people with high/medium income.
This project is occupied with 3 bedrooms with built-in washrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony for natural ventilation and lighting.
Project Scheduling
A detailed project schedule has been developed using project management software. It includes milestones, deadlines, and dependencies, ensuring a streamlined construction process.
The construction phase of the project will be implemented in eight (8) months after which the project will start entering into an occupation/management phase.
Different options have been considered at various stages of the project planning, implementation, commissioning, and habitation.
Designs of this residential house portrays a distinct elaboration of modern architectural designs for the residential building. The construction materials that are proposed to be used in this project are readily available and will thus result in reduced cost of the residential house
